McQueen, and our Deputy Director, Mr. Vince Brown Esquire. Um, would you read the items into the record that are before us today? Yes, ma'am. Good afternoon. Item one is a resolution rescinding CRA-R25-0028. Excuse me, adopted on June 17, 2025, as entirely for the purchase of properties located at 942, Northwest Third Avenue and 950, Northwest Third Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33136. Item number two is a resolution with attachments by four-fifths vote, ratifying approving and confirming the executive director's recommendation and findings exhibit A, that competitive negotiation methods and procedures are not practical. Advantageous waiving the requirements of competitive bid bidding authorizing executive director to award a grant any amount not to exceed $350,000. Thank you.
