Two items, meeting minutes and the proposed budget. I'm going to open the floor for public comment. Is there anyone here that would like to speak on behalf of the midtown CRA's proposed budget? Good afternoon. Dominic Gibson Sori, Assistant City Attorney serving as general counsel to the Midtown CRA. Um the first resolution is a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Midtown Community Redevelopment Agency accepting and approving the 2026-2027 proposed budget of the Midtown Community Redevelopment Agency in an amount of sixteen million eight hundred seventy-eight thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight dollars.
