Item one is a resolution approving and adopting the Southeast Overtown Park West CRA's proposed general operating and tax increment fund budget, an amount of 272 million seven hundred sixty-three thousand five hundred twenty-one dollars for fiscal year 2627, further approving the executive director's fiscal year 2627 compensation, accepting the CRA's performance analyst report and deallocating one million sixty thousand eight hundred eighty-four dollars associated with certain projects and activities.

Item two is a resolution by four fifths authorizing the executive director to execute a grant agreement in the amount of thirty-eight thousand three hundred fifty dollars to AM Cohen Temple Church to address critical infrastructure repairs to the AM Cohen Temple Church of God in Christ, located at 1747 Northwest Third Avenue, Miami, Florida.
