Good afternoon, everyone. The public comment period is now open for all items on today's agenda. Good afternoon, Chair. Billy Corbin, 403 004, Miami Beach 33140. Um I'm here to say that I'm down for the Christine King plan. Fire everybody. All of the CRAs. No offense. They're all just slush funds with inflated salaries. That's kind of at you. Uh that skim TIF money away from the general fund. In fact, every entity in the city that ends in the words trust, agency, or authority, get rid of them. They contribute nothing. They are slush funds. The City of Miami's new budget spends over $1 billion on employees' salaries and benefits. That's over $215,700 for every budgeted position in the city's workforce. Compare that with Miami's private sector, where the average employer spends only about $79,000 a year per worker on wages and benefits. That's nearly three times or $174% more. The money is in the government. This whole place is actually arguably a slush fund. So if you really want to do something for your constituents, you really want to do something to fill your fiduciary responsibility to this city, you will get rid of all of these rackets and all of these organizations. And finally, to put it on the record where I was interrupted or to be fair, ran out of time earlier. This morning, Judge Hellman, uh at the arraignment for Carlos Martell, Commissioner Gabella's appointee to the Bayfront Park Management Trust. Uh there was a stay away order entered by the judge. I just think it's important to get it on the record, and I would ask that the commissioner you mentioned it previously. I was interrupted, but I just wanted to be clear. If you can please notify your appointee on this agenda of 500 feet stay away order. Thank you for your comments. Did you get did you get on? Did you get everything uh for him? Okay, great. He's got his clip. Um is there any other public comments?
