You have uh approval of the minutes for for Virginia Key Beach Park Trust, regular meeting October eighth, twenty twenty-six, and you have one resolution, which I'll read into the record. A resolution of the Virginia Key Beach Park Trust appointing Nancy Nevis as acting executive director of the trust, subject to city commission approval, fixing her compensation as acting executive director at her current salary of ninety-seven thousand three hundred and zero and zero cents. Um as finance coordinator, providing that any increase in compensation shall be subject to trust approval following a performance evaluation conducted in accordance with procedures the trust may hereafter establish, uh providing for the termination of the acting appointment upon the appointment of a permanent executive director or her earlier removal by the trust, providing for her return to the position of finance coordinator upon the appointment upon the appointment of a permanent executive director, provided she has not been previously removed by the trust and providing for an effective date.
