I'm going to call to order our regular meeting for August 17th of 2026. Before we begin the meeting, I want to offer a friendly reminder to all committee members, staff, and the public that these meetings are broadcast live to enable greater public participation. With that, we'll start with consent, which looks like it is only consent today, which I'll read for the record. Here we go. Perfect. Number one is the passage of resolution for Q2 2026 donation report. Um accepting the donations made to the City of Minneapolis valued under $15,000. Item number two, passage of a resolution for a gift acceptance for the Minnesota chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing to attend the 2026 NIGP Annual Forum in Columbus, Ohio. Items number three and four are both legal settlements with the Star Tribune Media Company. Um listed in number three is an amount of $23,000, and number four, an amount of eight thousand five hundred dollars. Is there any discussion on these items? Councilmember Shax. Perfect.
