Good evening, members of council. It's always a privilege to stand up here and introduce our new firefighters once they've completed their uh probationary period. Quinn Sunderbrook was hired on August 31st, 2022. He grew up in Orion and graduated from Orion High School in 2019. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he was eventually promoted to the rank of corporal. Firefighter Sunderbrook has recently in his paramedic license through the Trinity School of EMS, and he graduated from the Illinois State Fire Academy in Champaign on October 27th.
