I've been here before on this.

Uh Mary's already got a copy of this, so I've come across some information here.

I want one of you guys to read.

Um I want to pay attention to the uh next to the last page.

This is about climate engineering, by the way, because you don't know.

It's uh government spraying programs going on this town.

He says that my major concerns that there's evidence that they are spraying tons of thousands of nanos phenomenon compound has been demonstrated in the scientific medical literature that anasized particles are equally more reactive and induced inflammation and a number of tissues.

A special concern is the effect of these nail particles on the brain and spinal cord.

There's a going list of neurotherapic diseases such as Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and strong related to spraying program.

So I'm not I'm not gonna start trouble with things, I'm just here to inform people.

And uh I'm assuming my thought belongs for the last 10 years about this.

Uh you know, I live long enough at 17 years old.

So we start with our cow agenda items 5.1.

A resolution authorizing the mayor to execute a right of first refusal agreement between the city of Moline and the Illinois Quad City Civic Center Authority, granting a right of first refusal to property, which is the subject of a ground lease upon which Moline Hotel LLC operates a hotel presently known as the Wyndham at John Deere Commons.

Center was approached by the hotel owner, which is the Moline Hotel LLC.

Um approached uh Mr.

Mullen about obtaining a right of first refusal on the ground lease that underlies not only the hotel but also underlies the restaurant and that includes the entire parking perimeter along the water's edge back to Heart of America back to the hotel back to River Drive.

So it's a significant ground lease that they have, and and that ground lease has been there as long, literally as long as that development has been there going back to when it was first built.

That land is all owned by the city center authority.

So the civic center authority was approached about this right of first refusal, and after much discussion, uh we actually hired a surveying company to go out properly survey the property so that we would know the exact legal description of the property in question, which is something that I insisted on, and then they went ahead and paired the flat lab, which basically shows the actual property as it exists today, and that property does belong to the civic center authority.

Um as a part of that discussion, and it took some time to get there.

The survey took a long time.

I'll just say that survey took a bit inordinate amount of time.

But once it was done, then it became a question of where do we go with it?
