And I'm here tonight to talk to it on recreation and parts of Moline, particularly at Riverside. I want to begin by talking about how we'll push the lights back to 11 phone when they move to 9 p.m. as a result of a post-party FUT and Moline's prom. I was told upon returning the Mowling from college that this had now become a move of points backwards because there had been misconduct. Gross vandalism after parts. And as a result of the lights had to be forced as a disciplinary action towards the kids of Moline. Now I'm not here to defend any of the actions. I understand why the city acted as they do. You had to discipline kids. However, now that we are over a month out of that event, we are proposing that you push the lights back to 11 p.m. Because at the end of the day, does the disciplinary action truly impact just evildoers or the greater community as a whole? And I think it's here are a perfect example of this. I, as a one year's employee, tradition working night shifts right now until 10 p.m. Before I had the opportunity to come down to the courts and play a game or my shifts. And now our schedules are going to overlap because the courts are closing power before I can even drop my shift. So today we want to propose pushing those lights back to L PM and of the community and for the recreation of the kids. We enjoy the game so much, and it's a good way to get outside and use recreation. Thank you for your time. Thank you so much.
