Um next item on the agenda is uh consider buttermilk's request for a variance to uh sell co-branded bottles of liquor.

And uh we will go ahead and re refer this uh Jennifer, if you can step in.

As you may recall at the last meeting, um buttermilk ha is seeking to sell for off-premises consumption, small bottles of whiskey um that they got from a special barrel.

At the time, um we kind of were trying to decide where to put that particular request in.

And so the recommendation was to s request a variance to the S1 uh square footage requirements, and also they're seeking a recommendation to increase the cap on the S1 license from one to two.
