Staff clarified that TAB will guide the plan process, but due to the Open Meetings Act, only two TAB members may attend the upcoming public open house at a time.

The ordinance supplements the Illinois Vehicle Code by imposing a 15 mph speed limit on all electric bikes on city and park district trails and banning Class 3 e-bikes (capable of 28 mph), aligning with DuPage County recommendations and the Park District's existing rules.
