- Contract Actions: Three items were approved: Change Notification 14 (rock excavation), Change Notification 16 (vertical granite curb for condenser unit), and Change Order 3 (encompassing previously approved changes 7, 11, 12, and 13). All were no-cost changes within existing contingencies.
- Separate Roof Project: Director Cummings announced a roof replacement for the police department (deferred maintenance) will be pursued separately using Whiting Turner terms. Alderman Dowd inquired about including fire station roofs for potential cost savings; the director agreed to explore this.
- Commissioner Question: Commissioner Crayola requested earlier packet distribution and asked about a $1,226 change proposal from Riley Electrical Contractor. Director Cummings explained it was for motion sensor switches in office spaces, funded by electrical contingencies with no additional city cost.

I'm gonna call to order the joint meeting and the committee of infrastructure and police commissioners. Uh this meeting is being held on Wednesday, August 13 at uh 6 31 p.m. in the automatic chamber. Uh last night I did say a seven o'clock start, inadvertently. It seems like we're close to it, but I'd like to thank Alderman Dowd for emergency coming in, so I appreciate it. Yeah, so 631 is the start. Okay, will the clerk please call the roll? Okay. Commissioner Nicholas Dahl. Commissioner Gwen Crayola speaking here. Commissioner James Tolner. Alderman Chris Thibodeau. Here. Alderman John Sullivan. Alderman Richard Dowd. Present. Alderman Patricia Clee is here. On Alderman at large, Michael O'Brien. Present. We have five members present, and therefore I will declare a uh quorum. Kate you also mention who else is in. Yes, we also have um Director Cummings, uh Mr. Lemir from GPI, uh, Mr. Hunter from Whiting Turner, and Lieutenant Um Albert. Okay, welcome all. Thank you. Um I'm gonna now turn to uh administrative services director Tim Cummings, but before we do so, um we do have a schedule. I heard uh earlier that uh one's the next meeting. So if you got a phone, it's is scheduled. I'll mention again at the end of the meeting, but it is scheduled for seven uh excuse me, September third here in the automatic chamber, and we'll probably go with the six o'clock start. Perfect. Because we have finance it's yeah, I would imagine that makes sure that's the way this group is leaning. Six o'clock people.
