I'm actually going to hand it right over to Joe Sullivan, the owner's project manager, so he can walk us through uh project status update.

Uh I'm gonna give you a brief update with uh both projects.

It's uh division of public works and the wastewater treatment facility.

Um the first uh really task completed uh the project team we'll meeting weekly.

We meet in house within the city of Nashua as well as the architectural team and the uh CM at risk.

Um boat construction is the pre-engineered building that we're trying to uh coordinate with HKT.

They're meeting regularly with each step of the way.

Uh we're we're going through the design aspects of the building to make sure that it's not only meeting the expectations of the architect but meeting the city's needs.

Uh AOT zoning planning board submissions have taken place by the civil engineer IMEG.

A cost estimation is complete.

We have uh later the using the latest design development from HKT.

Um Harvey's left field are in the process of refining these numbers to minimize cost because every estimator you know looks at a specific details within the plans and specifications, as well as the estimator from another group, so we try to reconcile that at the end.

Sandborne Head is is currently engaged to assist with the planning and permitting of the project because of the um site conditions.
