The broader PD campus parking lot requires a full redesign due to poor drainage (currently having only one drain) and broken pavement. VHB has been selected as a consultant, and scope/fee negotiations are underway for a contract by the November 5th meeting.

The authorized amount is $3.5 million, with $3.3 million budgeted through construction and $1.32 million currently spent (approx. 57% of the GMP).
