Alderman at large, Alicia Gregg. Alderman at large, Ben Clemens? Yeah. Alderman at large, Laurie Wilshire? Yeah. Alderman Clee is here. And Mayor Donches? Here. We have four in attendance. All right. So the first issue, the first item is public comment regarding any of our agenda items. Is there any member of the public who would like to address any of these? She's got three. Lori Ortolano Nashua, just a quick one on the qualification contract with Mr. Vincent. I'm just wondering if this is the first year we've done this. I know he's been a consultant for us, and if he's done it in the past, is this a consistent price that we've had for this? And also is this a public record once he submits these to the city for his numbers. How I don't know what the contract says for how he gets this data for the to the city, but I'd be interested in knowing how the data comes to the city and if his analysis is a public record. Thank you. All right. All right. Um now go to communications if there's no other speakers. Uh the first being from Amy Gerard purchasing manager, Alderman, or yes, Madam Clerk, Alderwoman Clee. That's okay. Um I motion to accept place on file and approve a contract for a three-year term renewal required for the operation of the Mware V Spear Sphere, sorry, foundation through Gov Connection incorporated in the amount not to exceed 198,720. That's $66,240 annually. Funding will be through Department 120 Technology Maintenance, sorry, technology maintenance fund, general funds slash 54 property services. Thank you, Mr. Mayor. Actually, the uh school district also utilizes this same software as does the PD. And I am happy to report that now that I am overseeing the school district bills, I have access to what they paid, and I was able to get our renewal as significant discount from what they were proposing. Uh if you recall last year, they charged us three times the amount from the previous year. This proposal is a 45% reduction over last year. Thank you very much. Great. Great job.
