And Mayor Leonards. Here. We have a quorum. Okay. And tonight we end we're going to take up a few items. So in accordance with Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.071. City Council may convene in a closed session discuss any of the items listed below. Any final action or vote on any executive session item will be taken in open session. And we do not anticipate taking any action tonight. And if there's no action to be taken, we'll adjourn directly from closed session. Tonight we plan to deliberate pending or contemplated litigation settlement offers in matters concerning privileged and unprivileged client information deemed confidential by Rule 1.05 of Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct in accordance with section 551.071 of Texas Government Code, specifically regarding discussing legal options related to the status of New Bromfels utilities, real estate negotiations to secure easements regarding the North the Western Downtown to Morningside Pressure Zone Conversion Project. More specifically, a.386 acre electric utility easement situated in the J. Daney survey number no, a.005 acre or 220 square foot permanent utility easement, and a.042 acre or 1821 square foot temporary construction easement, all being situated out of the remainder of lot 13, Pleasant View Subdivision in Comal County, Texas, according to the plat thereof, recorded in volume 4, page 54 of the Mat and Platt Records of Comal County, Texas, as conveyed to Leonardo Hernandez III, Herman G. Hernandez, Yvette Hernandez Rodriguez, Michael Hernandez, and Ivon Hernandez Garcia by deed recorded in document number 20200601641 of the official public records of Comau County, Texas, also known as Comal County Parcel Number 44948. It is 502, leaving open session, coming into closed session on Monday, March 23rd, 2026.
