Madam Secretary, can please call roll. Yes. Councilmember Carter is not present. Mayor Pro Tem Capizi. Here. Councilmember Edwards. Here. Council Member Spradley. Here. Councilmember Lebowski is not present. Councilmember Shaw? Here. And Mayor French. I'm here. We're present and we can now proceed. So we're we're gonna go over the executive session uh meeting topics. We're gonna deliberate. Oh, I'm sorry, in accordance with the open meetings act, Texas Government Code, chapter 551.071. The City Council may convene in a closed session to discuss any of the items listed below. Any few uh final action or vote on any executive session item will be taken into open section. Item A, deliberate the appointment evaluation duties, discipline, or removal of the city manager in accordance with section 551.074 of the Texas government code. Item B deliberate the appointment and the appointment of the city attorney and city manager, including matters related to the search and selection of candidates pursuant to the Texas government code, section five five one dot zero seven four. If necessary, we'll reconvene into open session to take any action relating to the executive session as described above. And we are adjourned.
