Good morning, and welcome to today's finance committee hearing. I'm Majority Shauna Brio, and I have the privilege of chairing today's committee hearing in place of Finance Chair Lee. I'd like to recognize that we've been joined by the following council members. Aldeball, Maloney, Russler, Williams, Marte, Narcis, Sanchez, and Wong. At today's hearing, the committee will consider and vote on the following items. A preconsidered transparency resolution sponsored by Finance Chair Lee to approve the new designation and changes in the designation of certain organizations to receive funding in the expense budget. And our pre-considered introduction, sponsored by Finance Chair Councilmember Lee by request of the mayor that would require the Commissioner of Finance to establish a temporary program to resolve certain outstanding judgments imposed by the environmental control board.
