New York City Council Stated Meeting – September 10, 2026

The New York City Council convened at 1:30 PM on September 10, 2026, in Council Chambers at City Hall, with Majority Leader Shaun Abreu serving as Acting President Pro Tempore. Fifty members were present. The meeting opened with a Pledge of Allegiance, followed by an invocation delivered by Reverend Dr. V.
