Uh ladies and gentlemen.

I own the my name is James Maxwell.

I live at 2601th Avenue Southeast.

Uh my property borders this uh potential project for Dollar General.

Um the sprinkler system as currently uh put into the plat that I was I was mailed, is approximately 15 to 20 feet from my property line.

As they clear this area, I also have a clearing along the fence line, it's about eight foot, ten foot wide.

I go through there, it's area that I keep uh mulch that I use to compost for my gardens, it's an area where I harvest wood, it's the area where I pull walnuts from, it's area where I pull acorns from.

It's an area that I utilize on my property.

Utilizing these sprinkler systems at that point is gonna have blowback, spray back, and it's gonna have watershed onto my property.

Now I understand the last meeting that I was here at uh a couple weeks ago.

The gentleman said it was engineered correctly, and I I have no doubt it's engineered correctly.

I do have questions on the ability to trust employees at the Dollar General to chemically treat the water correctly.

One.

Two, I have questions in regard to the actual uh spray back.

Am I gonna be out there whether it's the middle of the night on my property or midday on my property and these sprinklers go off, blowing on to me and my grandkids as we're out there picking wood and and uh nuts and cutting trees down?

I mean, I I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to be sprayed by any waste.

I don't want to be stepping in the waste.

And I don't think it's uh really responsible uh to put that kind of uh uh aerobic system so close to someone else's property that they're utilizing.

I have an agricultural property.

I don't want that waste on my property.

They have talked about moving this uh exchanging because they have to have a 300, according to the engineer, they have to have to 300 foot spacing between a public well, which would be I'm assuming the dollar generals, and the aerobic system.

They talked about flipping it still downhill to my property from that from any angle.

Additionally, it's it's uphill going downhill into Thunderbird watershed area.

I don't know if you've looked at the plates, but there is a extensive area that covers both my property and that property that is part of the protected Lake Thunderbird watershed area.

Have we talked about the additional necessities for that?
