The North Salem Planning Board met on September 2, 2026, at 6:30 PM both in person and via Zoom. The meeting covered several applications, including a lot line adjustment approval, an extension for a telecommunications facility, and a discussion on a residential project. The board also approved financial reports and minutes, and planned a site visit.
Okay. What's that? Phones. Any phones up there? Oh, I adjusted it up a little bit, so we'll see. My phone is back. Yeah. Cell phones. Turn it off. All right. Will agresta will join us as soon as he finishes his other meetings. So we're going to start without him. I'm going to open the uh September 2nd Planning Board meeting. The first item on the agenda, Grand, excuse me, Grant Road LLC is going to be carried over to the October meeting. The second item that we put up on the agenda, Watson at 10 Cottage Lane. They asked to be taken off the agenda and carried over to the next meeting. We have static. Let me let me see if I move it back. Maybe that seems like it's very hot, as they say in the audio phone. Because you have to remember which direction you turned it in the case. So we'll s we'll go on to Pierce at Three Cottage Lane. And who do we have with us tonight to take the microphone? Paul Kennedy's the architect. All right, so uh could you adjust the microphone up and do your best to talk into the microphone? Sorry. Yes, I'll it'll move up. The whole the whole bar will move up. Great. There you go. Oh okay. I did get um copies of another memorandum from MDRA. And um and from uh James J Hahn and um I didn't really have uh enough time to adjust them since I only got them yesterday. But um do you want to give us a quick overview of any modifications since the first time you were here um it's just uh adding more uh uh word wording to the plans essentially and uh and the only I mean I do have a question because I had uh made copies of uh the two of the survey sheets which um which Mike had labeled A7 and A8, but they're not part of my set. And then usually they're filed as just separate survey sheets, and I want to know what I should do because with the planning board you file it all as one packet. Yes. Unlike you've if you were going for a building permit. So yeah, but I don't put A7 on an engineering sheet that's signed and sealed by someone else.
