Uh good evening, Chair Hobel and uh Commissioners.

Uh it's a great pleasure to be before you tonight.

Um my first time, and uh I appreciate the opportunity.

Um so tonight's item is um to uh present to you uh the uh new capital improvement projects that is part of the fiscal year 2425 CIP.

And uh tonight um I want to uh present to you uh the details of those projects and uh then seek um uh your concurrence and support and finding uh for them um to be consistent with the uh Novato uh general plan um so tonight uh there's just three projects that I want to present to you.

Um and um as I just stated at the end of the presentation discussion staff hopes that the planning commissioner will find that these three new projects proposed as part of the city's fiscal year 24-25 capital improvement program are consistent uh with the Navajo's general plan and uh to report to the city council as such by adopting the attached uh resolution as you may already know the city prepares and adopts a five-year capital improvement program and budgets solely for the first year of the program.
