The owner is William Hopp, and the applicant is Jay Stacy Hart. This is PW 25-078. Staff recommendations. F finds this application meets or exceeds minimum board of port board and specifications using the following. Bulkhead to be installed using town of Ocean City 8.1 standard for canal front and not exceed 18 inches channel word. Battered pile systems require engineered plans.
