Um, we are here to consider amending chapter 110 of the ocean city code to revise bulk regulations within the BM1, which is our Bayside Marine, or DM, Downtown Marine, our L C One, local commercial zoning district, and our BMUD, Baside Marine Mixed Use District, and our SC One shopping center district.
