Yes. All right. I'm gonna call to order the Wednesday, October 1st PBIA meeting. It is 6 14 PM. Do a roll call. I'll start and we'll go around. I am Jacob David from Nineveh Syrian and others. Sophie Landis from Sophie Scoops. Tim Zahn from Chinese Prize who buys plants from Alvin at uh underhole plants. Monique Osa from OSA Skinworks, who gets drinks sometimes at Shiny Prize. Al Davis, uh under health plants. Cher Hobbik, bite me. Janet Machado, uh Staffley is on. So Staff Lee. All right. Um we need to approve the agenda as everyone's looked it over. Uh approval of the minutes from the last meeting, which was the September 3rd. Everyone had a chance to look at those. If there are any changes, let us know now. Public comment from the jam-packed gallery. Nope. Any announcements tonight. There's I will say that there is a walkability survey that's happening Saturday morning. So this is City did a proclamation for uh a week without driving yesterday. And um they're gonna be focusing on Fourth Avenue. I'm going to join them, but if anybody else is interested in looking at that, um well yeah. So a day without driving. It's a week without driving. A week without driving. Yeah, it's a city's doing uh it's a proclamation to encourage people to walk and do public transportation. I'm probably lifestyle-wise 90% on foot, so that's for me. I mean, I live up by Ralph's um uh I can do that. Um, but it's encouraging people to do that to find ways or maybe do that partly in the coming week. So uh walk, take public transportation, but also consider that there are uh fairly good set segment of our community that does not use personal vehicles. Um and a lot of people that now live downtown and really looking at um, you know, we've had two fatalities, I guess three fatalities in the past couple of months in our downtown.
