Good evening and welcome to the November 10th meeting of the Olympia Metropolitan Park District Board. We have a quorum and we'll have with uh board members Madrone and Green excused. And my first order is to ask for a motion to approve the agenda. Motion to approve the agenda. Second. A motion and a second. Any amendment or discussion? All in favor say aye. Aye. Aye. Aye. Oppose or motion carries unanimously. Thank you. I don't need to say opposed. All right. So that takes us to public comment. Uh we have no one signed up for public comment this evening. Uh would anybody like to make any? Just to offer that, since we will certainly be done quickly. Okay. So then we'll move on to item for A, which is the approval of the October 21st minutes. That then takes us to item 4B. We're going to go to the Director of Parks, Arts and Recreation, Sylvanna New Sylvanna Newhouser, and ask her to recap. There's a few changes in our resolution from the meeting a couple of weeks ago. Good evening, Sylvana Nehauser. Uh Olympia Parks Arts and Recreation for the record. And uh for item four B, um, approval of a resolution for our 2026 OMPD budget. Um, we have presented a budget that was slightly higher than the projected revenues at the October 21st uh meeting, and we had a hearing on that. And since then, um we have um decreased the budget to match the revenues. So instead of using any fund balance, uh we are proposing a balanced um budget with the expected revenues for 2026. Um so that um decreases the amount in the resolution to five million seven hundred and sixty thousand two hundred and thirteen dollars to match the revenue. Great, thank you, Silvana.
