The Planning & Zoning Commission met on May 8, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Village Hall. The agenda included approval of April 10 minutes, seven public hearings, and a continuance. Key actions included approval of subdivision plats for Prairie Market properties, a special use permit and variances for 76 Stonehill Road, a rezoning for Danelli’s, a major PUD amendment for Suburban Tire, and denial of a rezoning for Jade Estates.
Oh God. Just when you thought you'd heard it all. It's so more so much more close and comfy together like this. Later. Oh, okay. Because you we were announced last month that we say. Someone said that loud, yeah. That you chose alcohol over the speeding last night. That's 100% true. I know we announced it. You know, you can count on me. Yes. Chicago. Yes. An Augustinian. I was taught by the Augustinian. His brother announced it on the news today. Yes, but before that, they were claiming he was a cub fan. Well, somebody just on the radio apparently said that, but his mother put it on the Cubsy. But his brother was on the channel five news. That's the most important question. We have to ask the first uh announcement, right? Well is Jewish, I don't think he's gonna listen. For the folks in the audience, just so you know, if you are interested in speaking at any of the public hearings tonight, uh you're more than welcome to. We would ask though there are some sheets, sign-in sheets on your left-hand side, my right hand side on that table. We would ask you to fill that out and turn it into Mary Ellen so we have a record of who's talking about what when um so we can put that in the notes uh and the minutes of the meeting. And every time we um have a public hearing, we will open the public hearing, we will hear about the proposal, we will allow the public to comment. We will then close the public hearing. Once we close the public hearing, the only people who are allowed to speak are members of the commission, staff, and the person who is presenting the proposal. So just understand that that once the public hearing closes, you won't be able to speak anymore. So when I say last call, um please bear that in mind. Thank you. Okay.
