Okay. All right. So still thick enough by the sanction turn the speaker off. David, can you hear us? Okay. Yes, I can hear you. Okay. All right, let's start. Welcome everyone to the Pleasantville planning commission meeting. Tonight is Wednesday, September 24th, 2025. Presence tonight we have Commissioners Henry Labour, David Keller, myself, Russ Klein, and Eric Brotherton, our planning consultant Sarah Brown and our building inspector of public use. First item on our agenda tonight is three forty-five Castleton Street, T Mobile Northeast. Proposed special permit renewal requests for the existing antenna site. We're on tonight for a public hearing, and I understand we also have a red draft resolution prepared should we need it. Okay, welcome back. Good evening, board. Again for the record, my name is David Kenny, attorney with Snyder and Snyder here tonight to represent T-Mobile. Uh the application as you stated is just to continue the zoning approvals for the existing wireless facility. Um there's no modifications proposed uh with this per current application. Um so we're here tonight to hear if there's any questions or comments from the public as well as the board. Um and we've also read a draft copy of the resolution of approval, and we have no questions or comments. Okay. Any questions or comments before we open the public hearing? No. We'll have a motion to open the public hearing. David, second. Henry, all in favor. Aye. Okay. Would anyone care to comment on this application? Either in the room or on Zoom. Once or twice, okay. There being no comments, so I motion close the public hearing. David and second, Henry, all in favor. Aye. Okay. So we just jump into the resolution. Yeah. Okay. Can you just pop that on the screen? Please. Okay.
