Good afternoon. Welcome to the Pleasantville Village Board of Trustees. Meeting today is Wednesday, September 24. It's just past noon. We are meeting today for a brief meeting to move things forward that have to be moved forward. Our regularly scheduled Monday meeting would have taken place on the first night of the Jewish New Year. And so we have moved today to a special meeting on Wednesday. In October, our regular meeting would have taken place on Columbus Day. And so we will have a full-scale regular meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15. With that, is there any comment of any sort from any member of the public? We have nobody in the room and nobody in Zoom. So we'll bounce immediately to our resolutions. Paul. Comments, corrections to the minutes. All in favor. Aye. Aye. Motion approved 299 to Cole. Resolved that the Board of Trustees hereby approves the following budget amendments for fiscal year ending in 2026 as listed below. Budget transfer of the general fund, 2,909 doll from contingency to workers' comp insurance, 1,700 from camp supplies to pool supplies, 4,000 from camp outside services to pool supplies, 1,800 from camp custodial services to pool supplies for a total of 10,409 dollars. Appropriate fund balance of the general fund, 40,050 transfer to capital for the mountain road street resurfacing. Budget transfer of the water fund, 1,059 from contingency to admin uh water admin dues, $582 from contingency to workers' comp insurance. That's uh total of 1,641 dollars. Budget transfer and recuse fund $353 from contingency to admin refuse admin dues $985 from contingency to workers' comp insurance, total of 1,338 dollars. Increased revenue and expense of the capital fund 40,050. The interfund transfer for street resurfacing. Is there a second? Second. These are all adjustments to the fiscal year ending 2026, the year we're in now. Right. Yep. Um the 40,000 for Mount Road, we piggybacked off of the town of Mount Pleasant's uh road repeating program. They were going to do half of Mount Road to the town line. So we said we want to do the whole thing or paying per square yard. Um the workers' comp, we get assessed at the beginning of the year uh an estimate by Merck State, and then they give us uh a bill. That was 4,000 roughly over what um they had estimated for us. So that's why we're looking attention. All right, all in favor? Aye.
