Good. Morning, uh Chair Orieta. Here. Ms. Adam Stafford. Here, Miss Blagay. Present. Mr. Denoga. Uh present. Miss Fisher. Miss Hunter. Present. Vice Chair Olson. Here. Seven members present. Thank you. And committee of the whole, we have CR22 2026, a resolution concerning physical year FY 2027 annual action plan for housing and community development for the purpose of approving and adopting the Prince Redis County Fiscal Year FY 27 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development. FY 27 Annual Action Plan. Um sponsored by myself on behalf of the County Executive. We do have a proposed draft 2A that everyone should have. And I'll pass it to staff to just go over the change, please. That's it. Good morning, madam chair. I will have Miss Miller Y go over just the change in the in the resolution and the policy analysis behind it. Thank you. Good morning. Excuse me, good morning, Chair Oriada and Vice Chair Olson and members of the County Council. Just to um basically describe the change for the draft proposed draft 2A. The agency submitted that these are the final numbers instead of the estimates. So the new submission includes the final federal formula allocations that have been released and included in the fiscal policy analysis on page four. It describes this and the official federal grant funds for the fiscal year 2027 annual action plans will total 10.9 million. Thank you. Thank you. Um the county executive liaison. Yes, thank you, Madam Chair. Um the of course the county executive is in support of this legislation, and we do have um the members of the department to speak and to answer any speci questions that you might have on any specific items, but we would ask that um for favorable vote. And I know we are thank you for working with us to um to go over it and to ensure that there was equity across the county. Um and I know we are under a deadline for HUD, so um would be asking for a favorable vote and for this to proceed to um back to the committee, back to the council for passage, please. Thank you. Uh, and also thank you and the team for working with us offline. Um we have a process in place for hopefully next year to make sure that we have more organizations or that do work across the county on the list for proposed funding. We appreciate dedicated resources and other areas that will go towards the southern part of the county to make up for the difference that was agreed to offline. So we we do appreciate that.
