Uh, today's agenda includes one legislative item, C B sixty-six and act concerning supplementary appropriations. I will now turn to Mr. Tut for an overview. Thank you, Mr. Chair. CB sixty-six twenty twenty-six is an act concerning supplementary appropriations for the purpose of declaring additional revenue and appropriating to the general fund to provide for costs that were not anticipated and included in the approved fiscal year twenty twenty-seven budget. F CB sixty-six provides additional appropriation authority, totaling twenty million dollars in the general fund. Mr. Benegis will provide some fiscal impact information. Sorry, uh, under this legislation, the fiscal year twenty twenty-seven general fund as expressed in C B fifty eight twenty twenty-six increases to five milli five billion twenty-five million uh three hundred and fifty thousand seven hundred dollars. Uh the again the legislation appropriates additional other financing sources, unassigned fund balance of twenty million as a revenue source, and the enactment of CB66 2026 will have a net neutral direct fiscal impact on the county as a supplementary appropriation increases expenditures by approximately 20 million, but adds other financing sources, unassigned fund balance as the revenue source.
