Something important to note here is the Eagle Road, we understand has a 40-foot right-of-way.

Board Questions: The board confirmed the sign would be under 15 feet. The applicant noted that the landlord plans to replace the awning with a charcoal color, so white lettering was chosen.
Additional Inquiry: Monique asked if she could add a small plaque between the door and window (like the previous tenant had). The board responded that it would be allowed if it stayed within the allowable square footage for wall signage, and recommended she consult with them again if needed.
