Good afternoon. Today is Tuesday, March 24th for the Police Civil Service Commission. Myself is in attendance with Commissioner Dugsted. So we'll uh call order. Um Commissioner now item number two, approve agenda. Commissioner Dugsted you get an opportunity to approve the agenda. I did motion to approve. Motion to approve, second carry. So we will carry on to a public comment period, which we allow 15 minutes seeing there's nobody in the public. We will move on to item number four, which is the consent agenda. Um have you had a chance, Commissioner Dugsted, to reproduce the minutes approvals from December 11th, 2025? I did. Any comments, questions, concerns? Um motion to approve. Motion to approve, second. So the consent of uh item four a minutes are approved. Discussion. Um it looks like uh we are asked to approve the proposed eligibility, police officer eligible eligibility list and authorized condition offers for up to 11 police officers. Have you had a chance to review the list? Any questions, comments, concerns? No. Okay, seek a motion to approve. Motion to approve. And it's second, so it approves 5A for the police officer eligibility register. Also, finally, at 5B, uh the chief is requesting uh a lieutenant appointment for authorized appointment for two lieutenants from the lieutenant eligibility list. Can you get a motion to approve? Motion to approve. So uh a second that approves 5B. Any other business, Commissioner Dugsted that you would like to talk about on item number six? Nope. None on my end.
