Item one, twenty-nine fourteen, West State Street, liquor and tobacco advisory board of appeals recommends approval for A, a sale of packaged liquor class PKG, and B, the sell of tobacco products in conjunction with the gas station and convenience store in an I-1 light industrial zoning district at 2914 West State Street, Robbie Patel, Priyank Patel, Cody R 36401 Incorporated, doing business as Weylow, Sitgo are the applicants. Was there a requirement that were they going to sell fresh fruit? Was that mentioned last week? No, there was a desire that there was fresh uh produce. Fresh produce. I'm sorry, no. I don't know uh where that's at. Um I don't think there's a requirement in writing that they'll do that. Well was it I was not mistaken?
