A third um the City of Road of Rockford Water Um Distribution uh division responded to um a water main break um in the alleyway between or uh uh city hall building and 401 east state uh right out at the uh state street right of way where all of that converges um in the process of trying to uh expose that water main break um by through pavement removal looking for it was bubbling up through the pavement but trying to find the break itself um through the course of that attempt to locate it and repair it they damaged an underground portion of exposed base or uh an extended basement portion of 401 East State.
