The ordinance updates the city code to mirror state law and also clarifies measurement distances from hospitals, schools, or churches. No questions were raised.

Um, this item is to create a separate fund for cyber liability insurance, and TML needs our agreement to create that fund. It will allow them to get better insurance rate and big from carriers by having cybersecurity by itself. So they just need us to say we're okay with that. Okay. Questions? All right. That one's getting ready to expire. We will be renewing that one. So this just gives us competition whenever we need like a switch gear or lights or anything electrical.
