Councilmember Fleming? Here. Councilmember Ortega? Here. Councilmember Montgomery. Here. All right. Anybody wishing to speak? Seeing D one, consider staff briefings and council member discussion and our questions, guard items on the agenda for the December 5th, 2024 City Council meeting. E one. I'm not really looking forward to. But you know, it'll be a great night to celebrate you. Uh on the consent agenda, uh, Ann informed me that the minutes uh aren't in the back up that she was on vacation. Uh we can leave it in there and she'll send them out before the next this the meeting on Thursday, unless y'all want to just table it until the next meeting. I feel we're okay with getting a copy of it. Does everybody out of that? So just leave it on and send it copy. All right, anything else on the consent agenda? Does anyone have any questions on it? Okay. Joe. Good morning, Mayor and Council. Morning. City manager. Okay, this item will be for the C D BG uh caper, which is our annual report. Our budget allocation for this last fiscal year was six hundred and twenty-nine thousand two hundred and fifty-eight dollars. And per the HUD guidelines, we can use a maximum of twenty percent of that grant administering the budget, which we do. We have a full-time staffer, Liz Alvarado, our C BG specialist. We can use a maximum of 15% to support uh nonprofits that offer social services. And then the remaining budget we can use for projects in low to moderate income neighborhoods or serving individual low to marrow income residents. We're also served uh served with the budget, and one thousand one hundred and fifteen round rock families were served by C D BG funded public services. Four residents were included in the minor home repair program, and Chisholm Valley received more sidewalks in front of eighty-four houses. So uh that was replaced. And then with uh any time we have a home repair, we also look at the exterior to see if there's any opportunities that we can uh enhance the curb appeal and aesthetics in the neighborhood, and sure enough, this one qualified for a new fence replacement. And with that, I'm available for any questions you may have. Councilmember Montgomery? Yeah. On the sidewalk in Chisholm Valley, is that community complete now as far as replacing sidewalks or not quite. We still have a few streets left, right, Liz?
