Good evening. Tonight's invitation will be given by Pastor Jason Hirsch of Freedom Church. Pastor, come on up. Let's pray. Heavenly Father, we thank you for this great city, Round Rock, and God, I thank you for the people that make it home. And we are grateful for the leaders that serve here and are gathered here tonight. And we ask that you would just give them wisdom as they give the their time and energy to serve Round Rock. And we ask God that you give them wisdom and unity in every decision made. We ask God that you would give them integrity and humility and compassion as they lead and bless our city with peace. God bless it with prosperity and safety, God. And I pray that all that's done here tonight will bring honor to your great name, Jesus. And we thank you, Lord, in your awesome and mighty name we pray. Amen. Amen. Thank you, Pastor. Call the six o'clock city councilman to order in, please call the role. Mayor Morgan here. Mayor Pro Tim Stevens. Councilmember Lee. Here. Councilmember Flores? Here. Councilmember Fleming? Here. Councilmember Otega? Here. Councilmember Montgomery. Here. All righty. You'll stand with me for the pledges. I pledge allegiance to the United States of America. Justice for all. Honor the Texas flag. I pledge allegiance to the Texas. One state, near God, one and individual. All right. Let me give you an idea of everybody an idea of what's going to happen tonight. So we will go through our regular part of our agenda. If you did not sign up for the public hearing, you'll be under citizen communication. If that's not the place you want to be, then you just let me know. Then we'll get through the consent and our resolutions. And then when we do the ordinance, the presentation's a little bit long. And so after the presentation, we'll take about a five minute recess so we can hear all the public speakers and not get up back and forth. So that's what will happen on uh the rest of the evening. All right, any citizen wish to speak during system communication regarding item on or off the agenda may do so after completing the required registration card. All comments must be no more than three minutes in length per section 2-26B5 of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances 2018 edition. Any comments regarding items not on the post agenda may not be discussed or responded to by the city council per state law. So let's do the ones that are not signed up for the public hearing. Joshlyn Semmerlink. Did I say that right?
