Item 2 – MOU with Bandera Conservation Corridor LLC The committee similarly approved an MOU with Bandera Conservation Corridor LLC for GCW credits from the Bandera Conservation Corridor Conservation Bank. The terms are identical: $7,500 per credit, $500 annual increase, one-year term with two automatic renewals. The motion passed unanimously (4 ayes).
Item 3 – Approval of Minutes The committee approved the minutes of the previous meeting after a request to correct a typo in the presenter's name (Lauren). The minutes were approved by voice vote with no opposition.

No public comment. All right, no public comment. We're gonna move on to uh agenda item number one if we can get the presentation. Item number one is a discussion and possible action to approve the memorandum of understanding between the city of San Antonio, Bear County, and EBX GCW LLC for the purchase and transfer of the Golden Chief Werbler Conservation Credits. This MOU is entered into with EBX GCW LLC, a third party conservation bank to utilize conservation credits from the Vecina Lente Ranch Conservation Bank Agreement in furtherance of habitat protection activities related to the Southern Edwards Plateau Habitat Conservation Plan. Credits and any approved future credits will be available as a preferred solution for satisfying an applicant's mitigation requirements with respect to GCW preservation credits and related activities and can be transferred to the SCP HP ledger after purchase by an SAP H to B applicant. This updated MOU establishes that GCW credits will be sold for not less than $7,500 per credit with annual adjustments to align with the COSA fiscal year calendar and will increase amount of $500 annually. This MOU is for one year term and will automatically renew for up to two additional one year terms. Staff recommends approval. All right, thank you very much. Uh just double checking the so the current golden cheek warbler fee that we charge isn't quite that much yet, right? I know we were discussing perhaps raising them to keep up with what that cost is going to be. Has that happened yet or is that a future agenda item? Uh the current fee has been increased to $7,500 per credit as of earlier this year. And can you just remind the the panel here what the fee was prior to that increase?
