This project is associated with the water main replacement within a developed residential neighborhood located northeast of North New Bromfels Avenue and Austin Highway. This area is located within Council District 10. The owner is San Antonio Water System and the consultant is Cambrian Environmental. The acreage is 0.96 acres that they're requesting. San Antonio Water System wishes to enroll in the SCP HCP to mitigate impacts to SCP HCP covered species for development activities. The project area includes zero acres of golden cheek warbler habitat and the project area within I'm sorry habitat with air with the project area and zero acres of GCW habitat within 300 feet of the project area. The project area will require a total of zero GCW conservation credits. San Antonio Water System project area is located over CAR Zone 2, and a total of 0.96 acres occurs within CARSO. The project area is not located within any critical habitat units, nor is it within 750 feet of an occupied feature. Participation in the SCP HCP for this application will require the following car zone one and two participation fee of $960 and a plan administration fee of $96. The applicant has paid the $2,500 application fee, and the applicant will be required to pay the full mitigation fee of 1,056 dollars prior to completing enrollment in the plan.
