The Building Standards Board convened at 9:02 AM on October 1, 2026, but immediately dismissed the meeting because a quorum was not present. The chair apologized to citizens and staff and announced that all agenda items would be rescheduled to a future date.

As a result of that, we are going to dismiss the board and reschedule all the issues that we have on today. Number two, submit the required proof of financial ability to pay for proposed work and discuss the feasibility of repairs for dependent upon monies at hand. And then number three, request the amount of time needed to complete the work. And again, if you have a chance to prepare for the next meeting with those three things in mind, you'll have a whole lot better hearing. So it's really unusual.
