Um formed by siblings Victor and Maria Montufar, this band began their musical journey recording demos in the acoustics of their bedroom. Montefor's music has gained attention from both fans and media, with their sound being compared to 80s influences while maintaining a contemporary alt-pop style with Spanish and Latin infusions. As part of the Department of Arts and Culture's local music spotlight, uh we continue to feature local musicians at the beginning of each city council meetings and on TV SA.
