Uh the time is three 39 and uh if we could call roll call please Mayor Carbone here, Vice Mayor Blackwell here, Councilmember Adams present council member the end here council member so communications uh this time members of the public may address the city council on items not on the agenda at this time for up to three minutes, and in order that the city clerk may identify a speaker in the minutes, uh it would be helpful if the speakers could state their names.
