Uh the West End Festival is cost over and was a great success, and Nadja is here and will present on that in a moment.

Thank you to her for an amazing event and for public works and PD and planning and our administrative services manager and everybody who spent a lot of time manning our city booth.

Um the city booth, the event is fantastic.

Music and art aside, actually having so much public input and the ability to reach out to the public to the community through our city booth.

Just in the time I was there, there were there was a constant steady stream of people coming out and wanting to know more about all the great projects we're doing.

Um other city business, we did have an initial meeting with Woodson Engineers.

We're gonna bring um a contract to you for them for the architecture and engineering for the by trail.

Um, we issued an RFP, and um that is who came out on top after all the interviews.

Um I would tell you about the general plan update, but you were all there.

So you know about that outreach, um, which happened last week.

Uh we're going ahead to do our outreach to the businesses this week.

We'll be um the fanning out several employees getting different areas of the city and bringing the business survey and encouraging them to attend the business presentation on the general plan update, which is happening, I believe next week.

Um, yesterday we did a big presentation to the Tamsi board on the bike trail regarding the use agreements that we would like to enter into um with Tamsi again for the bike trail, which is going into the corridor that Tamsi owns.

The presentation went well, and we have a very quick closed session at the end of the meeting on that.

We are going to have a they are going to have to have three consecutive days of closing down playa between California and Del Monte.

And then just other projects that have moved ahead with great strides the last week is the street maintenance project.

This is the rehabilitation of the parking lot in front of City Hall, Holly Street, the end of Contra Costa, Playa, and Possibility California's an add-on.
