Good morning. I will now call the budget and government efficiency committee meeting to order. Uh a quorum is now present, consisting of uh myself, Vice Chair Kate, and Council Members Campbell and Montgomery. Uh we also have um Andrea Tevlin, uh our IBA, Rolanda Charval, our CFO, and Brett Bartalotta, Deputy City Attorney. Um is there a motion to approve or amend the committee record of actions from the November thirteenth, two thousand nineteen meeting. Great. Um motion by council member Montgomery, second by Vice Chair Kate. Um all in favor? Aye. Great. That passes unanimously. Uh, we will now proceed with non-agenda public comment. This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for members of the public to address the committee on items of interest not on the agenda. And we have um two members of the public who wish to speak. You will each have two minutes. Um in order Martha Welsh and Jeff Olson. Um we didn't do that. Um, you're not legal. I'm not legal. We didn't the po or the people run their family. And we have um um had of um two thousand fifteen, we have that. Each bet uh um has um money for every um gets money. Uh that's you don't do that right now. And also the library. We vote for that also. So we never match it. I know what goes on. That's why I know you're mean. I know what's going on. Bill Horn is the man caller. And he's very mean. And he can't call any more. The Federals got him. And I won't help you. And that's wrong to do here. Because you don't you don't do the right thing. You're in efficient. Also, because the checks are gone. And uh um go out in and out. That's what he did. The FBI has the checks. Believe me, it's gonna happen. Because it's evident with what he what he did. And that's not right because you all these things you do here are not right. You have to you can't opt out on anything. You can't do that anymore. Financial budgets and also audits, you have to do the same thing because you don't do the right thing. That's why you um no one alive for you anymore. That's not gonna happen anymore. Because you the budget is as right now, it doesn't show any money, it just about employees, and that's not right.
