The Sandy Springs City Council held this Special Called Meeting on November 3, 2026 at 8:30 AM. The sole agenda item was the second of three required public hearings on an ordinance to set the millage rate for Fiscal Year 2027. Roll call was conducted, with a discrepancy noted: the agenda lists Councilmember Melissa Mular for District 3, but the transcript records the name as Melissa Mueller. The meeting agenda was approved unanimously.
