Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the November 10th 2025 special meeting of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Madam Clerk, will you please call the roll? Thank you, Mr. President. Supervisor Alcaraz. Alcaraz present, Supervisor Chan. Chan present, Supervisor Chen, Chen present, Supervisor Dorsey, Dorsey present, Supervisor Fielder, Fielder present, Supervisor Mahmood. Mahmoud present, Supervisor Mandelman. Present. Mandelman present, Supervisor Melgar, Milgar present, Supervisor Sauter, Sutter present, Supervisor Cheryl, Cheryl present, and Supervisor Walton. Walton present. Mr. President, all members are present. Thank you, Madam Clerk, and thank you, colleagues, for making yourselves available for this special meeting. I want to welcome our new colleague from District 4, Bea Alcaraz. And with that, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors acknowledges that we are on the unceded ancestral homeland of the Ramatushalone, who are the original inhabitants of the San Francisco Peninsula. As the indigenous stewards of this land and in accordance with their traditions, the Ramatushaloni have never ceded, lost, nor forgotten their responsibilities as the caretakers of this place, as well as for all peoples who reside in their traditional territory. As guests, we recognize that we benefit from living and working on their traditional homeland. We wish to pay our respects by acknowledging the ancestors, elders, and relatives of the Ramatushaalone community and by affirming their sovereign rights as First Peoples. We received a communication from the Honorable Mayor Daniel Lurie, dated November 6th, 2025, announcing his appointment of Beya Alcaraz to fill the vacancy in District 4. Supervisor Alcaraz has taken the oath of office as of November 6th and is covered under the bonding credentials. And as the President said, welcome to the new supervisor, Supervisor Alcaraz. The board also does expect individuals to attend this meeting in person. We're located in the legislative chamber, room 250, second floor of City Hall.
