- The Budget Legislative Analyst (Nick Minard) stated there was no revised report but considered approval a policy matter.
- The chair presented two non-substantive amendments: on page 6 line 9, the $1.1 million transfer for cultural districts should read "MOCD" (Mayor's Office of Community Development) instead of "Arts Commission"; on page 8 lines 19-22, the family relief fund transfer should read "OEWD" instead of "OSB".
