Good morning. This meeting will come to order. Welcome to the September 5, 2024 regular meeting of the Government Audit and Oversight Committee of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Welcome back after our legislative recess. Joined by Vice Chair Catherine Stephanie and Supervisor Connie Chan. Committee clerk is Monique Creighton. And our thanks to SFGov TV for staffing this meeting. Madam Clerk, do you have any announcements? Yes. Public comment will be taken on each item on this agenda. When your item of interest comes up and public comment is called, please line up to speak on your right. Alternatively, you may submit public comment in writing in either of the following ways. Email them to the government audit and oversight committee clerk at M O N IQE dot C-R-A-Y-T-O-N at SFGov.org. If you can submit public comment via email, it will be forwarded to the supervisors and also included as part of the official file. Um and uh unless one of my colleagues uh expresses a desire to go into closed session, uh I've reviewed these items uh and am prepared uh to to make a motion uh to forward them after public comment uh without the necessity of a closed session. Uh seeing no uh comments from colleagues, let's we'll proceed with that uh plan. So, madam clerk, let's go ahead and open uh these two items up for public comment. Yes, I would also like to note that item number one will be presented as a committee report at the uh September 10th Board of Supervisors meeting. Um members of the public who wish to speak on this on these items should line up to speak now along the side by the windows. All speakers will have two minutes. It appears we have no public comment.
