Item one is a hearing on the controller's report on the assessment of invoices reviewed under a grant agreement between the San Francisco Police Department and San Francisco Safe, SF Safe.

And we heard this item uh and continued it during our October 11th special meeting.

Uh this item is sponsored by President Peskin.

Uh there have been some scheduling issues uh around the presenters uh appearing on this.

Uh and so uh we intend to make a motion to continue this item after we hear uh public comment uh on the continuance uh before we get to public comment.

I want to thank Brad Russi and the City Attorney's Office for working with counsel for uh the individuals that we previously issued a subpoena for, and I anticipate that we will conduct this hearing on December the 5th, but subject to public comment.

Would like to continue this item to the call of the chair, uh, but fully expect that we will hold this hearing on December the 5th.
